Tantra is an ancient spiritual practice that can help couples deepen their connection and intimacy. These exercises are designed to help couples explore new ways of being together and to tap into the powerful energy of love and connection.

Exercise 1: Eye Gazing

One of the simplest and most powerful tantra exercises for couples is eye gazing. Sit across from your partner and gaze into their eyes without speaking. Exercise 3: Sensual Touch

Exercise 4: Fears – Needs – Desires

Fears – Needs – Desires is an important tantra exercise for all couples. One partner starts first by sharing first all the fears, then the Needs, followed by all the desires while the other partner sits in silence and full presence making sure to not interrupt. After one partner has shared, take a couple of minutes of silence and breathing. Without discussing the sharing, the other partner not shares. Afterward, take at least a couple hours to a day of letting it integrate before talking about it. Allow yourselves to be fully present in the moment, and listen to each other without judgment. This exercise helps couples connect on a deeper level and can be incredibly powerful in creating intimacy and connection.

Exercise 5: Yab-Yum

Yab-Yum is a powerful tantra exercise for couples. Sit facing each other, with your partner sitting in your lap. Hold each other close and allow yourselves to be fully present in the moment while breathing in and out together through the mouth. This exercise helps couples connect on a deeper level and can be incredibly powerful in creating intimacy and connection.
